Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on April 18, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Participation is not conditioned on attendance at any sales presentation, consultation, or purchase of any goods or services, and Sponsor’s representatives are prohibited from stating otherwise
How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by:
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
Entrants may also enter by mailing a 3” x 5” card including their full name and complete mailing address, with the words “Hero Home Solutions Sweepstakes Entry” to the address above.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30th, 2026, and received by July 1st, 2026, to be eligible.
Entry Limits & Ownership
​Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Prize​
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
Service Area Limitation​
Prize installation is available only within Sponsor’s normal service area, which currently includes portions of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
If the selected winner resides outside the service area, or if installation is not feasible due to logistical, legal, or property-related constraints as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a cash payment of $10,000, subject to verification and applicable legal requirements.
Prize Conditions​
Warranty Disclaimer​
The Prize is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as may be expressly provided in a separate written installation agreement.
Winner Selection & Notification​
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 30th, 2026, from all eligible entries received.
Minimum Entry Requirement​
A minimum of two hundred (200) valid entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period for a drawing to be conducted and a Prize awarded.

Odds​
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Notification​
The potential winner will be notified via certified mail within fifteen (15) days of the drawing. Failure to respond, comply, or meet eligibility requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct background checks and disqualify any potential winner if awarding the Prize may adversely affect Sponsor’s reputation or business interests.
Publicity Release​
Except where prohibited by law (including applicable restrictions in New Jersey), acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Taxes​
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize (including any cash substitution) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 based on a Prize value of $20,000.
General Conditions​
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper administration.
Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, labor disputes, supply shortages, permitting delays, or governmental actions.
Release & Limitation of Liability​
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
Disputes / Governing Law​
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
Privacy​
By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may collect and use personal information for Sweepstakes administration and marketing purposes, including contact via phone, mail, or email, in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy and consumer protection laws.

Severability​
If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement​
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement regarding the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations or communications.
